Please email us at hello@versedskin.comwith the word "Cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed but we'll do our best!

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. Our team can attempt to cancel it but please know we cannot guarantee order cancellations. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to reship it or provide a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

We’ve partnered with Passport Shipping to service our international customers in Canada and the UK. We can also be found internationally through our retail partners Revolve and Cult Beauty. Please note, we cannot accept orders that are shipped to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

We ship everywhere in the continental US as well as Hawaii and Alaska. (Heads up: You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.) Please note, we cannot accept orders that are shipped to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.

Yes, we offer Domestic Free Shipping (5-8 business days) on all orders $40+ USD. (That’s pre-tax and shipping costs.) It’s a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $40 USD.

Versedskin.com orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers! Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated up until delivery.

Orders arrive 5-8 business days after processing. Don’t worry—we’ll send you an email with all the details as soon as your label has been printed.

Items purchased through our website are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. If you don't love a Versed product, please reach out to hello@versedskin.comand we’ll address any questions or concerns. If required, a return label will be sent to you and a $7.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible. We closely monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges without notice. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy.
Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned or exchanged with them. Since we are separate companies, we do not have access to each other's purchase records or funds.

Returns are processed within 8-12 business days of confirmation of delivery from the carrier. We initiate your refund instantly on our end but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

No. We’re a clean brand meaning we use non-toxic ingredients—both natural and lab-created. While there are no regulated definitions of “clean" beauty or “all-natural" beauty, we define our clean product philosophy as focusing on the good (ingredients that are safe and effective whether natural or synthetic) and cutting the bad (toxic or questionable ingredients that can cause more harm than good—again, whether natural or synthetic). After all, not all "natural" ingredients are good for you and your skin and not all synthetic ingredients are bad.

Yes! Versed is proudly vegan and cruelty-free (we love our furry friends!) and certified by the great folks at Leaping Bunny.

Yes and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We’re free of parabens, sulfates, and over 1350+ questionable ingredients.

Versed Nut & Tree Nut Definition:
Although there is no official cosmetic definition for 'Nuts' or 'tree nuts', Versed utilizes the FDA’s Tree Nut definition and list for food allergies as our standard definition for Nuts. Here is the list of ingredients Versed considers as Nuts or Tree Nuts.

Neither Versed nor the FDA classifies the following as tree nuts or nuts: coconut, beech, butternut, chestnut, chinquapin, coconut, cola/kola, ginkgo, hickory, palm, pili, and shea. Although peanuts are classified as legumes, we do not use any peanut-derived ingredients in our products.

Our products do not contain synethtic fragrances, however, a few of our products contain essential oils or flavor/aroma.
Skincare: Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm does contain essential oils, which help clarify the skin and hep provide theraputic scent and experience.
Color Cosmetics: Cloud Polish Exfoliating Lip Scrub contains vanilla flavor, and Cloud Wrap Lip Recovery Mask contains vanilla mint flavor/aroma.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Sustainability has always been our focus. Our package selections aim to reduce the introduction of virgin (new) plastic material into the environment, while ensuring the safety and integrity of both the formulation and the package. Therefore, our primary packaging uses a combination of post consumer recycled plastic (PCR), recyclable and alternative materials as well as 100% FSC-certified paper for all of our boxed items to ensure responsible sourcing.

What should I do with my empties?

Since accepted materials can vary based on Municipalities, check with your local curbside recycling program to find out what type of recyclables they pick up or simply bring your items to the recycling station located at the front of every Target store. The store accepts all plastics (among other things) and will make sure your empties are recycled properly. Don't forget to disassemble and rinse all pieces before drop off!!

Our manufacturer selection process includes vetting partners based on the quality of their formulas (of course), their ability to produce at accessible prices, and equally as important: their commitment to a comprehensive set of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Our GMPs at Versed include requirements specific to safe and fair labor (which includes fair wages), product safety, and environmental stewardship. Our GMPs also forbid forced labor, underage labor, hazardous work environments, harassment, and discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy status, political opinions, religion, age, and disability unrelated to an individual’s ability to perform the work required by the job.
All of our products are vegan, certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, and formulated to the European Union's extensive clean and safe ingredient standards.
